Turnkey implementation in the field of Pharmacy - from the beginning to the final validation and approbation of the building. Within the scope of this complex supply, BLOCK a.s. elaborated the feasibility study, the project documentation for building notifications and building permit acquisition, the project documentation for construction implementation, complete delivery, assembly, and implementation.

BNH (Bioveta Novelty Hall) was built for the purpose of carrying out research of virus preparations and vaccines for horses and poultry.

Within the scope of the internal built-in rooms our company, BLOCK a.s. performed:

On the 1st above-ground storey there is the central culture media room and the central washing room for all connected production departments of Bioveta a.s.
The 2nd above-ground storey is not occupied for now, this serves as a reserve for the next development of the company.
The 3rd above-ground storey serves for the production of flu vaccines tested on chicken embryos, in terms of biological protection rated in the BSL2 infectious zone. On this storey also rooms for the production of cell cultures are implemented.
The 4th above-ground storey with the installation of the machine and auxiliary technical rooms.

Operation theatres BLOCK^® for cardiac surgeries

Reconstruction and modernization of the existing two aseptic operation theatres, Nos. 3 and 4, together with their back-office.

Scope of delivery:

Inbuilt premises BLOCK Surgical and BLOCK Formedical.
Multifunction panels, glazing with blinds between the aseptic corridor and operating theatre, ceiling dimmable LED lamps, laminar fields for operating theatres, pure adapters with HEPA filters, automatic doors, fire-resistant doors, inbuilt stainless steel wash troughs, protection elements Acrovyn, analogue and digital clocks, laber Keep off X-ray/Laser, lightweight metal suspended ceilings etc. were delivered.
Design and protection elements: For every operating theatre has been laid out a DESIGN panel with a graphic motif, size 1,500 x 3,000 mm (width y height).

MMU Container Medical Unit for Ukraine

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic; 2023

The MMU container medical units are intended for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic as a humanitarian donation to Ukraine. Together with our Ukrainian partners, a small field hospital consisting of a container medical unit and a small clinic in a tented design was specified. The recipient of this donation is a medical unit of the National Guard Brigade of Ukraine named "Hurricane" (Буревій) under the leadership of Colonel Dr. Vsevolod Stebliuk.

The container part was prepared by BLOCK CRS a.s. It is a so-called MMU (Modular Medical Unit) in the form of an operating room with preparation and recovery in one container and an intensive care unit located together with sterilization in the second container. This medical unit will be used as an extension of the hospital where the above-mentioned facilities in the current medical establishment are missing and thus will supplement the necessary medical care. However, with minor modifications, the proposed design and equipment of the entire unit allows it to be used even in areas where there is a lack of any infrastructure. The aim is to strengthen the medical infrastructure and the possibility of relocating this unit to any area of need. BLOCK CRS a.s.'s supply is followed by the second part of the mobile hospital provided by Comedeq s.r.o.

Modernization of the operating theatre environment to the AGEL Přerov Hospital

The subject of the work was the construction adjustments, reconstruction and modernization of 5 operating theatres, within the implementation time limit of 84 days and during the operation of related departments. The key element of the modernisation of the operating theatres was the supply and installation of large-format tiles on all walls in the operating theatres and part of the operating theatre facilities. The large-format tiles are made of sintered ceramic in antibacterial design with a board size of 3000x1000 mm and a thickness of 3.0 mm. In other areas, painting and structural alterations have been completed. Total area of cleanrooms: 450 m².

Design and turnkey implementation of modular clean room for company Aventics (Pneumatic Elements and Systems Manufacturer).

BLOCK^® modular system for build-in clean rooms:

The entire system is self-supporting – no need for anchoring to the walls or the ceiling
Module dimensions: 6.5 m x 1.25 m, maximum height: 4 m
It is possible to assemble any number of modules side by side in both directions.
Air circulation is ensured with FFU units – the module does not require any connection to the central A/C equipment.
